Spicy Crispy Tuna | Panko fried sushi rice patty topped with spicy tuna mix, avocado, jalapenos, fish roe, and sweet eel sauce.

Tuna Carpaccio | Thin and tender Big Eye tuna drizzled with a red wine vinegar.

Tuna Tataki | Seared Big Eye tuna with buttery tataki sauce.

Spicy Tuna Kobachi | Big Eye tuna diced up and tossed in a spicy ‘Poki’ style.

Uzuzukuri | Thinly sliced white fish with ponzu sauce.

Ginger Sashimi | Thinly sliced albacore tuna with sliced Japanese ginger and a shitake vinaigrette.

New Style Sashimi | Slices of Scottish salmon and white fish drizzled with yuzu-soy and flash seared.

Yellowtail Jalapeno | Thin fillets of Yellowtail topped with cilantro, slices of jalapeno, and a citrusy soy emulsion.

Cucumber Sashimi | Big Eye tuna, Scottish salmon wrapped in a thin cucumber skin.

Big Eye Tuna with Avocado Sashimi | Big Eye tuna wrapped around avocado wedges. Served with ponzu and tataki sauce.
